Brandy A. Carestia

Brandy Carestia has taken pride in assisting clients, parties, and attorneys in resolving countless disputes over the past two decades. Her diverse legal practice, both in Montana as well as in San Francisco with a large national law firm, has afforded her the broad range of experience she brings to the table. Her training in recognizing and neutralizing emotional obstacles along with the ingenuity she applies in crafting solutions lends itself to her high success rate in mediating several hundreds of claims since 2003. Brandy also serves as an arbitrator for civil claims, including class action claims across the United States against several major auto manufacturers. She founded Pax Dispute Resolution Services to expand innovative dispute resolution offerings, including the utilization of specifically tailored systems to refine negotiation, mediation, neutral evaluation, and arbitration.

Serve as both mediator and arbitrator for class action claims against various auto manufacturers across the United States including Ford, Porche, and several RV manufacturers.

Trained as a mediator in courses by the Attorney-Mediators Institute and Association for Conflict Resolution, including both ACR Mediator accreditation and separate ACR Family Law Mediation accreditation.
